First Peek at Wallace & Gromit's Big Screen Debut!
by Scott Weinberg | December 06, 2004

Dark Horizons brings us the first photos (and a bit of plot exposition) from Aardman Animation's upcoming "Wallace & Gromit Movie": "Not much on plot yet, something about a vegetable-munching monster and some bloke called Quatermain wanting to bump it off to win Lady Totterington's hand in marriage. Wallace & Gromit are currently working as humane pest controllers. The drawback of the 'humane' side is thet their home is over-run with captured vermin." Actors lending their voice to W & G's cinematic debut include Ralph Fiennes ("The English Patient," "Strange Days"Wink, Helena Bonham Carter ("Fight Club," "Big Fish"Wink and Peter Sallis (as Wallace, of course). Currently under production at DreamWorks, "The Wallace & Gromit Movie" is scheduled for release on October 7th, 2005.
