Bruce Willis is in talks to star in "16 Blocks," according to Production Weekly. Willis will play a troubled police officer who has to escort a witness to a location 16 blocks from the police station. The thing is, no one wants them to make it there. The movie is based on a pitch by Richard Wenk and will be directed by Richard Donner. Willis can be seen in the upcoming thriller, "Hostage."
