Affleck, Lane Find "Truth, Justice and the American Way"

Ben Affleck and Diane Lane will join the cast of "Truth, Justice and the American Way," according to Variety. Affleck will play the late George Reeves who played Superman in the '50s TV series; Lane will play Tomi Mannix, the wife of a studio exec who may be having a romantic relationship with Reeves. Adrien Brody will play a detective investigating the mysterious death of Reeves. Allen Coulter is directing.

I guess he is not good enough to be the real Superman, but he will suffice as a man who played Superman in a television show... I think that sounds about right. Don't want Affleck to flex his acting muscles too much.
