by Scott Weinberg | March 28, 2005

Courtesy of insane British funnyman Rowan Atkinson ("Johnny English," "Rat Race"Wink and actor-turned-director Simon McBurney, the world will soon be treated to a "Bean Part 2." Variety's Adam Dawtrey says the production is likely to start shooting later this year and also that "the decision to work with McBurney indicates a desire on the part of Atkinson, co-writer Robin Driscoll and producer Working Title to bring a whole new dimension to the lucrative Bean franchise."

It was quite facical, warn't it? I heard they were plannin' to do another series of Blackadder set in the sixties, though. That oughta be good.
