"Blair Witch" Director to be "Altered" by Rogue Pictures

"The Blair Witch Project" co-director Eduardo Sanchez has signed a deal with Universal's Rogue Pictures to bring "Altered" to the big screen. (Bet you thought it was going to be an "Altered States" remake; I sure did.) Variety says the movie "follows a group of men living a night of terror after their lives were changed 15 years earlier by a strange occurrence," and that production begins next month down in Florida. Cast includes James Gammon ("Major League"), Adam Kaufman ("Taken"), Catherine Mangan ("Monster"), and Brad William Henke ("The Assassination of Richard Nixon").
