Meryl Streep Does a Deal for the "Devil"
The Hollywood Reporter brings news of Meryl Streep's next big project: Fox's "The Devil Wears Prada," based on the best-selling novel by Lauren Weisberger, is "about a young woman who goes to New York to work for an all-powerful magazine editor named Miranda Priestly (Streep)."
David Frankel ("Miami Rhapsody") is in the director's chair for "Devil," and he'll be working from an adapted screenplay by Aline Brosh McKenna ("Laws of Attraction").
