Casey Affleck Aims to Shoot Jesse James
by Scott Weinberg | August 08, 2005
Discuss Article
Variety reports that Casey Affleck will play the infamous Robert Ford in Warner Bros.' adaptation of Robert Hansen novel "The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford."

Brad Pitt will be playing legendary gunslinger Jesse James, and production plans to get underway later this month.

"The Assassination of Jesse James" will be directed by Andrew Dominik, the Australian filmmaker probably best known for "Chopper."

Maybe you should try reading the source material....a bit different take on the story....think Mark David Chapman and John Lennon......Robert Ford and Jesse James.......Jesse says"Bob, do you want to be LIKE me, or do you want to BE me?"
