Head on over to Yahoo! Movies for your first peek at the trailer for the upcoming action comedy "Kiss, Kiss, Bang, Bang," which stars Robert Downey Jr. and Val Kilmer.

The buddy flick marks a return for screenwriter Shane Black, who, once upon a time, penned movies like "Last Action Hero," "The Monster Squad," "The Long Kiss Goodnight," and the original "Lethal Weapon."

"Kiss, Kiss, Bang, Bang," which opens on Septmber 16th, is about "a petty thief (Downey) posing as an actor is brought to Los Angeles for an unlikely audition and finds himself in the middle of a murder investigation along with his high school dream girl (Michelle Monaghan) and a detective (Kilmer) who's been training him for his upcoming role."
