Trailer Bulletin: North Country
by Scott Weinberg | September 02, 2005

Based on a true court case from 1989 comes Niki Caro's "North Country," which stars Charlize Theron as a woman who's forced to fight back against sexual harrassment. You can check out the all-new trailer right here.

"A fictionalized account of the first major successful sexual harassment case in the United States -- Jenson vs. Eveleth Mines, where a woman who endured a range of abuse while working as a miner filed and won the landmark 1984 lawsuit."

Oscar-winner Charlize Theron plays the lead, and she's supported by folks like Frances McDormand, Sissy Spacek, Woody Harrelson, Richard Jenkins, and Sean Bean.

The WB production hits theaters on October 14th.

Not a big fan of court films but I'll give this one a chance because I really like Theron, Harrelson, Bean, and McDormand.

Looks like Charlize Theron might get another Oscar nomination.
