"Scarlett Johansson has signed on for the lead femme role in Christopher Nolan's "The Prestige" alongside Hugh Jackman, Christian Bale, Michael Caine and David Bowie.

Project is the actress' next film. Lensing starts in January and continues through March in Los Angeles. Story centers on two rival magicians.

Nolan is also producing "Prestige" along with Emma Thomas and Aaron Ryder. At the studio, Kristin Burr is overseeing. Pic is based on the novel by Christopher Priest and adapted by Nolan."

Possibly one of my fav directors of all time?

Glad he's keeping Christian and Michael Caine in tact.

Nice addition to the cast, I'm really looking forward to this. I didn't know that Bowie was attached already.
