Platinum Studios Plans to Start "Killing Demons"
According to Variety, Platinum Studios has purchased the movie rights to a graphic novel called "Killing Demons," as written by Peter Siegel and illustrated by Brent White. And it sounds like a slick little concept, too.
"Atmosphere Entertainment MM and Platinum Studios have made a deal to team on a live-action film based on the Platinum graphic novel "Killing Demons."
Atmosphere's Mark Canton and Platinum's Scott Mitchell Rosenberg will produce.
The graphic novel starts as a kid sees his family slain by supernatural creatures. He grows into a revenge-hungry demon hunter who must reprioritize when he finds some of the humans in his world are worse than the spirits.
Published last year, the novel was written by Peter Siegel and illustrated by Brent White. A screenwriter will be hired shortly.""

Anyone in Tomatoland read this novel? Sounds pretty cool, if maybe a little Hellboy-ish.
