"Eragon" Footage Seen, Website Updated
Those in attendance at the London Expo (comic con) were treated to some early-but-impressive footage from Fox's upcoming adventure "Eragon," which is based on the rather popular novel by Christopher Paolini.
From IGN FilmForce: "Audiences at the London Expo, Britain's big comic and movie convention, have been treated to an early look at Eragon, the upcoming fantasy film. No digital videos of photos are available yet, but Insomniac Mania has written a report on what was shown. Highlights include:
-Eragon (played by Edward Speleers) receiving his dragon egg and being told it will only open when it has a bond with its dragon rider.
-Jeremy Irons' character Brom telling Eragon he is a dragon rider
-A huge battle with many warriors in armor..."
