"Evil Aliens" to Invade New York Next Month!
by Scott Weinberg | August 02, 2006

I saw Jake West's "Evil Aliens" at last year's Toronto Film Festival, and I thought it was a seriously splattery good time. If you're a big fan of early-career Peter Jackson, I suspect you might dig the non-stop crazy carnage of "Evil Aliens," and if you happen to live in New York or Los Angeles, you can enjoy the British blood-bomb long before the DVD hits next January.

Magic Lamp will be releasing "Evil Aliens" on September 8th in New York City, and then on September 29th in Los Angeles. Image will be releasing the R1 DVD next January.

The movie's about a wonderfully disgusting alien invasion that occurs on an isolated Welsh island. Balancing horror, comedy, and sweet, sweet gore ... this one's only for the hardcore genre freaks.
