Cameron Waiting on Ahnuld for "Alita"??

Anyone out there actually care if Arnold Schwarzenegger stars in another movie? I mean, HE sure doesn't seem to miss it much, so why can't we just let it go? According to one odd report, James Cameron might be someone waiting for Arnie's silver-screen comeback.

From Moviehole.net: "With Arnold Schwarzenegger recently signing on for a second term as the Governator, cinema audiences assumed he’d never ‘be back’.

Not so, according to an insider for TheArnoldFans.com, who suggests that James Cameron is ‘waiting’ for the Austrian Oak before he starts filming the long gestating film version of Manga’s “Battle Angel Alita”.

Schwarzenegger has long been rumoured – granted, the film has been on the drawing board for about a decade or so – for the role of the Cyborg ‘Ido’ in the film, which tells of an amnesiac female cyborg.

According to the insider, that is still the plan – Schwarzenegger as Ido."

If Cameron wants him, I'll wait for him. He's taken a long break, but I love his work.

why does he have to be the governator, he sucks at that job but he was a great actor with many funny lines and he looks like an ape which makes it even better.

It seems all that Cameron does these days is wait.
