Summary
Complain all you want (and I've been doing it a lot), but early next year there WILL be a remake of "The Hitcher." And now there's a trailer to prove it. Back to Article

liono86 writes: on Nov 24 2006 06:39 PM Ok, is it like the same person that keeps saying "now i'm on the verge of tears" or something? I mean, the past couple days, someone says that everytime on here. So, if it's the same person, think of something new to say, and, if it isn't, think of your own thing to say. Now, onto the subject...the original Hitcher is one of the most overrated "underrated" films ever. What I mean is, it's not as big as Lord of the Rings, not nearly...but, yet, people seem to think it's the shiznik. I didn't care hardly any for it, so, I have no problem with a remake. sistrunk writes: on Nov 25 2006 09:47 AM why is sean bean smiliing? I don't think Rutger smiled at all during the 1st hitcher. he may have smirked, but it wasn't a toothy grin like Bean. Also, Hitcher wasn't really Horror, was it? I get the impression this is more horror than the 1st. (Reply to this) |

Steve Perry writes: on Nov 25 2006 02:29 PM Sean Bean rules Sean Bean seems to be great as the hitcher in the trailer. He knows how to play an interesting villain like in Goldeneye (best bond villain). (Reply to this) |

digitalsoul68 writes: on Nov 27 2006 09:45 AM Sean Bean looks cool, but what would've been better was if they got C. Thomas Howell to do the part. PG-13 remakes are just money vacuums for Corporate Hollywood. (Reply to this) |

Holly Jolly writes: on Nov 27 2006 06:39 PM The original is a HORRIBLE movie, so bad I couldn't even manage to laugh while viewing. I'm sure the remake will be better...but that isn't a difficult feat. (Reply to this) |
