"Apocalypto" Wow
by Scott Weinberg | December 04, 2006
Discuss Article
Yes, "wow" says ... a guy who reads AICN. Some dude with a pseudonym caught an early screening of Mel Gibson's "Apocalypto," and get this: He LIKED IT! Stunning!

Check out the drool over at AICN.

"Apocalypto was one of the most wildly entertaining movies I have seen all year. I'm kind of upset I saw it at my school, because of the smaller screen and the inferior sound quality, but it was free so who can complain?

The movie, was funny, exciting, disgustingly violent (This was especially satisfying since my pass had listed the movie as being rated PG-13, which is contrary to the ads running now and to the violence and blood that I saw onscreen), and it was at times emotionally wrenching."

Check out the full piece right here. "Apocalypto" opens on December 8th.

saw the movie last week
and it was awesome. expect the positive reviews to continue because anyone who knows anything about film will praise Gibson's filmmaking ability as evidenced by some of the unbelievable shots, sets, and other visually stunning elements in Apocalypto.

There was an unretarded version of The New World?!?! I must have missed that one. Next thing you'll be telling me is there's an unretarded version of A Thin Red Line. All part of Malik's "this time with less retarded nature crap in it" tour

Is that a question.

See doesn't that hurt your head with out a question mark? I'm just messing with you but my head does hurt a little more now. It's not as bad as KurtMarch stating he hopes there's nudity then against reason adding a question mark at the end of said statement.

Seriously I'm not a grammar teacher, I just gots my pet peeves. (Yes, the "s" at the end of "gots" was indeed intentenial and yes I am questioning my own sanity.)
