I could see God of War alot like 300. Just One warrior though against the gods and there legions. Alot of slow motion to show of kick *** moves and highlight details. I could dig that. Thats about the only way I can picture God of War being good.

But I seriously doubt Brett can pull it off. I'll eat my words with salt and pepper if I'm wrong but for now......Another one bites the dust.

Brett Ratner has a problem. he thinks he is the best director in the world. He has gotten worse as a director over the years. I will be soooooo disappointed if this rumor comes true.

He'll probably find a way to put Jackie Chan and Chris Tucker in the film.

I don't think the studio is expecting this movie to be any good. Ratner is awful and he laid a huge egg with the X-men franchise. This is a demotion because the producers don't expect the movie to do very well in the first place. I don't really want Ratner to direct it, just because I think there is potential, but on the other hand, I would like to see how badly he ****s things up. I'm torn.

This has gone from a movie I had zero interest in to a movie I have interest in watching fanboys despair over.

Wow... isn't David Self popular today? That's two credits to his name as far as these type of movies go.

Brett has his moments of good moviedom. Maybe... and this is a big maybe... he can pull it off. Red Dragon was okay, at least.

I'll say once, and I'll say again

only people who complain about Brett Riner is us, but his movies make so much money, why? Because people like his movies.

He is perfect for the movie, it has his style written all over it

"only people who complain about Brett Riner is us, but his movies make so much money, why? Because people like his movies."

Right, the more money a movie makes at the B.O., the more people like it.

I'm guessing your fave movie of all time is Titanic.

Brett Ratner is one of the worst directors in hollywood.
He can't tell the difference between a screenplay and his toilet paper.
And that's the main reason why he'll never make a good movie.
