The seventh and final season of the animated comedy wraps up the adventures of Fry (voice of Billy West), Leela (voice of Katey Sagal ), Bender (voice of John DiMaggio ), and the entire Planet Express crew. These include dealing with an end of the world prediction, robbing a casino, getting stuck in a two-dimensional universe and starring on Saturday morning cartoons.

All glory to Futurama -- future humans will probably be watching it on their holo-TVs in the year 3000.
It's nice to occasionally stumble upon Futurama (rerun or fresh) and marvel once more at its sharp sociological satire.
Truly, not many other shows besides Futurama could pull off something as concurrently gross and sweet as this.
It looks like this may be another season in which we get a fair number of enjoyably watchable episodes and maybe a couple of great ones sprinkled in.
Self-referential jokes are hardly unknown in the animation or comic world. This one feels particularly prolonged, which is okay, because it also feels funny.
Overall, Futurama's final premiere was pleasant, if not a bit anticlimactic.
This is a series content to muddle about in its clearly established comfort zone, knocking all the low hanging fruit off the branches, occasionally stretching for something just out of reach.
