No doubt in my mind this was the best Indy flick of the three. Yes, Raiders was still terrific, but this one had such an amazing blend of everything that was in Raiders of the Lost Ark, only now with a lot more humor in it. The chemistry bewteen Ford and Connery is fantastic, the way they create the story of a bad father-son relationship that develops in the midst of an incredible adventure.

There was no CGI at the time, with only a couple of exceptions. The special effects in this movie are fantastic. The Stuka dogfight, the tank chase, and the demise of Donavan are all done so well that they still look good today. There are loads of stunts in this movie, from beginning to end, the train, the boat, plane, the tank, the shrine, all done very well.

There's a lot more comedy in this film than the other two, and thanks to Sean Connery, it still fits in with the rest of the stuff that everyone loved in Raiders. "Fly? Yes. Land? No." and "Dad!" "What?" "Dad!" "What?" "DAD!!" "WHAT?" and "You are named after the dog?! Aahaha!" all come to mind.

The soundtrack is complete with the orginal Indy theme, plus a load of music tracks that are of some of the best music themes I've ever heard. The action is fast-paced, constant and well timed. No doubt, this is the best.

Okay, let's add up the pluses and minuses of the movie, beginning at 5/10.

+4 for the okay Predator on Alien battles.

-4 For the rediculous "plot twist"

+1 because it gives a reason for the twist

-2 because of the lack of warm clothes.

    -1 for the Matrix scenes.

+1 because it has a Queen.

-1 Because it moved like a T-Rex, not to mention sounded like one too.

    Total score: 3/10.

This is seriously awful. They just HAD to give it to Anderson. God, you'd think that some of those movie executives would have a brain in them. This had potential and already captured millions of viewers just with it's title, but no....they screwed up big time. The big names that are Alien and Predator deserve much better treatment than this.

It's become a fad. Another week, another WWII RTS game. Movies seem to be trying the same stunt, hoping that basing it all on a world-wide known event will get it noticed. Bullet-proof Monk. Notebook. But Hellboy however, has a certain twist to it. The main character is witty, funny, and damn is he cool. The storyline isn't anything special (except for the beginning) but the action scenes are breathtaking, with great special-effects. We all know what will happen in the end. Hero saves world. Bad guy dies. Hero gets the girl. But the rest of the movie is done so well, it really doesn't matter. This is defnately worth seeing.

The genre is not exactly original, but the way it is executed is, where never get to see the aliens until the very very end. Instead, we get little glimpses of a hand, 2 seconds of one walking between houses, a foot, and a silouhette. The "glimpse" scenes are very good, and have the ability to do something that is very rare these days. Scare the living hell out of you. I can still remember the screams of the audience when the hand popped out. This is worth seeing. Definately.

I've always been an animal lover, and seeing the kinds of things that people do to animals disgusts me. This movie clearly shows how beautiful these animals are and how much they are really like us. (You saw them playing as cubs, one sticking up for the other...) I really hope this gets a good message across to the people.

Just like Spidey, the second did better than the first. It has great comedy fun, and lot's of spoof jokes that will make you spray out that cola you were looking forward too. You can easily see why it made $425 million.

Okay okay, so it's not going to win any awards or something (Why do I feel that Spider-Man 2 will rule this year's oscars?) But the movie is extremely hilarious at points, but bland in others. It has enough comedy fun to make you want to see it, but not exactly twice. It's one of those all-out comic, impossible that can never happen in real-life (like what we saw in Dodgeball and Austin Powers, but those were funny...right?) fun movies, and you'll enjoy yourselves a lot. Be advised though, do not take huge gulps of your Pepsi. You don't want to get the guy infront of you's hair wet.

It's quite good actually. The visual effects are impressive, it has a good storyline, and the character Sunny develops very well as a robot with emotions (Can anyone say Commander Data?) But otherwise, it's worth the ticket price for a big screen, and it'll leave you quite satisfyed.

Or should I say bad? For starters, Catwoman is not exactly the kinda comic book hero you'd want a movie made out of. X-men? Duh. Spider-man? No shit. Batman? Oh yeah. Superman? Uh-huh. Hulk? Yep. Daredevil? ..maybe..Punisher? Perhaps...but Catwoman? Nah. Not much to watch, not much of a storyline either. Computer geeks with no girlfriends will love Catwoman's ultra-revealing costume, that looks nothing like the real thing.

An outstanding sequal that may infact out-do the original, Spider-man 2 re-introduces to us one of Spidey's most classic foes-Doc Ock! The side story-line, with Peter questioning his responsibilities is great. Spidey was unmasked a lot though, infront of a subway car, Harry Osborn, Dok Ock and even Mary Jane. Must have been a rough couple of days.
