I thought this movie is complete garbage compared to how horror movies are made currently. J-horror remakes, the saw movies, etc. are better films. This is a wasted remake by adding nothing to the film and just making a boring film. The main character is flat, I mean she barely has any dialogue with her friends so you know almost nothing about her, so why care if she lives.

What does she do in the house in between the phone calls, I mean the most they show her doing is sitting on the couch in the living room. What does she do during those long hours?

The guy chasing her throuhgout the house, i found that was stupid, why was he chasing her..he didn't even have a weapons.
Killer with no weapons is boring.He's not even scary looking.
Only horror film I can recall where I had seen no blood or even a gruesome discovery of a deadbody.
Completely boring and not at all scary. It fails because it does the opposite of what it is supposed to do.
