I probably was too harsh when I said this. I do think this is a terrible film, but Affleck isn't a terrible actor. I'll change my statement.

CURRENT RATINGS: 7/10 Movie: Before the Devil Knows You're Dead (2007) I really was anticipating seeing BEFORE THE DEVIL KNOWS YOU'RE DEAD and really excited, but the hype again didn't live up to the film. The back and forth time frame along with the time shift different character perspectives was interesting at first, but eventually became problematic. PHILLIP SEYMORE HOFFMAN is always a good actor and he did the best he could with the material given, but ETHAN HAWKE is a weak a

Ahhhhh, I thought the storyline was too deep and the point of the film was fabulous. Mitas never intended to live...he lead his men to death and that was his only mission. I ADORE this film. I need to watch it again.

I'm sorry, it just wasn't my kind of movie. I'm not really a big fan of war movies. I was hoping you wouldn't see this review, knowing what a fan of the movie you are. I had reviewed it earlier this year, but when I just went through all of my ratings, it had two entries for it, but when I deleted one of them, both of them got deleted so I had to write it again. But I'm glad you really liked it, it's just not really my genre, but my brother made me go see it with him and he loved it.

That is asinine that you say that. Crash was released at the beginning of 2005, not close to the Oscars like Capote or Brokeback Mountain. You have to give Crash allot more credit than a 3, thats just ridiculous. Crash was a great drama without all of the pretentious monologues that you'll see in other dramas. Crash is WAY better than To Kill A Mockingbird and American History X combined. This is me and the other 84% of users disagreeing with you. Bad review with bad grammar. DIALOGUE,

It doesn't matter if "Crash" was released at the beginning of 2005 or not. The point I was trying to make is that "Crash" is the kind of movie the Academy usually goes for. It is overly melodramadic ie: when Sandra Bullocks' character falls down the stairs, and then hugs her maid and says, "You're the only fried I have."....puke. By the way, 100% of "To Kill a Mockingbird" users and 99% of "American History X" users disagree with you. P.S. Now you can go and complain to the other users w

One last thing, do you have a soul or heart? Watch the movie again and you'll realize that you are overreacting and unjustly overlooking a good movie because you "Think it is oscar bait" asinine, asinine, asinine, asinine. Even if you hate Crash, it atleast deserves a 5/10, a 3 is just uncalled for. Where did you get that score from? Your ass? Give it a 1/10 if you hate it so damn much. Your review is PUKE!!! Worst review i've ever read and i'll make a point out of you so people stop writ

Yikes, talk about overdramatic! Now I see why you like the movie so much. What does having a heart or soul have to do with disliking a movie? Does that mean that the other users who gave "Crash" a bad review are also heartless? I should change my reveiw to a 5/10, because you told me to? How pathetic is it that you have to critisize my spelling because you can't properly defend "Crash" on its own merits. By the way, could you use the word "asinine", anymore? To say I should give it a 1/10 if

I thought Matt Dillon, Don Cheadle and Ludacris gave good preformances. However, My favorite preformance was from Michael Pena. Maybe I was a little harsh on "Crash" and will probably raise it to a 4/10. I apologize if I came off rude. I enjoy discussing movies with people, but your comments to me weren't very nice, ie: "worst review ever", etc. Plus, you assumed I just gave "Crash" a bad review just to be trendy, which is untrue. I hope we can agree to disagree.

I actually liked it quite a bit, despite not being a big fan of westerns. An 8 rating means I thought it was really good, but there were a few films I liked better from this year; but I still really enjoyed it nontheless.
