This is the least politicized, most focused, most inspired, most touching, most relevant (particularly at the time of its release) - in other words, the best of all Michael Moore's documentaries. It's not only a must see for every US citizen, but for anyone who cares a little about other sick human beings not receiving the medical treatment they need, in the richest country of the world.
Personal Note: Sicko gave me a renewed conviction that almost all american politics, especially the republicans, lack any compaction for people that they were supposed to serve and are deeply insensitive to their suffering. Only after a very long and exhausting crusade was Obama able to pass a much needed health reform (unfortunate Ted Kennedy's death also didn't help).
