Good review! I was very disappointed by this film. It failed to engage me in the story or the characters.

good review. I guess I liked it a bit more than you. just found the telekinetic subplot was a bit unnecessary but the story itself was highly creative

I felt that this movie showed flaws in the time travel concept more than any other. Hence the mixed reaction. With some of my favorite actors, I really wanted to like this.

Though I didn't have problems with time travel concept like you, I didn't like this at all. Both versions of Joe are flat beyond repair. Blunt's character and the kid were true heart of the film, but they appeared too late.

I actually really liked it. I didn't really find anything bad about it that I wanted to point out. But I agree with the things that you liked about it. It does fuse sci-fi and super hero very well that is a fact.
