Natalie Wood's final film is a mix of creative ideas and a so-so delivery. Scientists have just released a new form of entertainment. It hooks you up to a device and allows you experience any pleasurable experience you can imagine...kind of a virtual pleasuredome. But if you die virtually...you die in reality. The ideas are there, but the scenarios are never fully realised. A dent enough thriller, but not as good as it could have been. |
