'Transformers' was the movie that we all were skeptical about beyond belief but mostly were actually satisfied with the result, then came the sequel which had a lot to top and didn't in any possible way. Instead it gave us one of the worst films that year. So when director Michael Bay told us that the third and "final" installment would cover up for the mistakes in the second film I got excited, then he started hiring veteran actors such as John Malcovich and Francis McDormand and I got even more excited and then replacing Megan Fox was the icing on the cake because one of the main faults of the second film was that it eventually turned into 'Look at Megan Fox - The Movie'. Then when I finally sat down and watched the film I noticed each of these things failing one by one. Shia Lebeouf returns as Sam Witwicky, the protagonist that the entire Transformers race trusts and now with him graduated and struggling on the job market with his new girlfriend played by Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Sam really isn't doing anything besides failing at job interviews. Then the plot comes pretty much out of nowhere and just tries to shove as much possible information in the first hour and a half of the film to make things epic and ultimately a bit confusing. SO after I have had my brain basically filled to the top about the transformers being betrayed, banished, and their planet destroyed, Micheal Bay decides it's time to do the one thing that he is actually good at! So the film finishes off with what basically seems to be an hour long nonstop action sequence which is pretty badass in my opinion. However having a pretty terrible plot, mediocre acting, many plotholes and PATRICK DEMPSEY AS THE BAD GUY, 'Transformers: Dark of the Moon' steps up from the second installment in terms of action but makes the same mistakes as its predecessor in terms of basically everything else. I also have one question for the writers, HOW could you make a Transformers movie about the moon and not include Unicron? I mean he basically is the moon, like he is a Transformer that is a moon.
