First entry! So yeah i dont know what exactly this is...so...lol. But i guess ill just talk about some movie that i recently saw. I guess ill have to pick American Psycho. Yeah...that movie is...in one word, crazy. Overall i loved this movie, it also gave me a look at Christian Bale in his early career. I always knew this movie existed but i never made an attempt to watch it, but on the eve of The Dark Knight, i thought id go ahead and see what Bale was all about. This movie really suprised me...it is demented, weird, and crazy, but after the whole thing is over it seems like a very good look into the mind of an actual psychopathic killer. At times while watching the movie i was simply amazed at what i was seeing and had no option but to just say "holy sh#t!?...hes gonna shoot in her the head with a nail gun..." And at some of those points i couldnt help but laugh when i stopped and thought about just how insane the character actually was. Bale did an awesome job in this movie, going from a perfectly normal buisness man to a psychotic murderer in literally 1 second. This movie constantly throws shocks at you from Bales violent outbursts...which people in the movie just throw to the side or dont notice. It was a very interesting movie and overall very very good. Any Bale fan or non-Bale fan would definitly respect Bales performance in this movie, his performance definitly carried the entire film and made it what it was. 8/10
