Good review, yes indeed the film is simply about a goon and I think that's why it's a solid as it is. While the fights were when the film came to the most life I don't think you can diss the parts with Schreiber, as I thought he was very good and liked his part. Plus how could you not mention LaFlamme at all, he's a big part of the film. While the part with Eva was a weaker part of the picture, I didn't think it was as horrible as you made it sound.
