Alright. So, I am now joining the ranks of those who loved No Country, but I caught on late.

Seriously, how gruesome yet fantastic. I love blood in my movies, but not in a gross way. Perfect. ABFAB!

Also, There Will Be Blood. Really? The Acting obviously was fantastic, and the cinematography was beautiful, but those are only parts of a movie.

The first hour and half should not have been there. I understand that Americans can't sit anymore for lng periods of time, I must just be antsy pantsy, but here is the thing. I live now, and maybe now has trained me not to be able to sit, but nothing happened. The last hour and a half was great, but come on,my time was wasted almost as badly as the first hour of Peter Jackon's King Kong. Not so much.


Atonement. So shoot me. I loved it. I liked it better than There Will Be Blood, and less than No Country. It was beautiiful. It was a love story, a war movie, and a mystery. I thought it had it all. Kiera didn't suck for once, and James Mcavoy, as always finds a way to make crying very manly. He is a rare gem and I cannot wait to see what he will do next.

Finally, Juno. I enjoyed it. I thought it may have been trying to hard to be spunky, but I enjoyed the sarcastic nature of the movie and Michael Cera can do no wrong. Even in yellow short shorts.


So yeah. I guess I talked about Oscar Stuff. Its my first entry. More intereasting stuff later.
