I am not one to rush out and see every documentary made but I have seen enough to know that Expelled: No Intelligence Allowed is about as good as it gets. This movie is so good that I would enjoy watching it again and that's a high endorsement for me.
I also love the fact that so many have rated it poorly including that neo-fascist windbag Ebert. I will make a vastly non-bold assumption that 99% of those who reviewed it never saw it. There is no way anyone who saw Expelled: No Intelligence Allowed could review it poorly unless motivated for partisan reasons. Sure the movie allows many leaders in the Darwinist movement to make complete and utter fools of themselves (we are all descended from crystals, don't you know) and even has the High Priest of the ID bashing crowd admitting that ID is scientifically plausible if it's aliens and not God who serves as the First Cause. But the movie is far from propaganda. As many Darwinists are interviewed and freely allowed to express their views as are IDers. And these aren't nobodies but well-known and peer reviewed Darwinists Stein lined up for this well-made flick.
It becomes painfully obvious that most of these so-called scientists have never been made to account for some of their unscientific views nor their fascist censorship of all ideas outside their state approved worldview. So when called to task by Stein, in a most gentle and logical way, they huff and puff and fall short of an argument that one would expect from academics.
So why all the poor reviews? It is out of embarrassment for the performance and utter lack of intelligent discourse of the Darwinists on display that has led so many to thrash out against Stein's brilliant cinematic revelation. Stein should wear these critiques as a badge of honor. Remember that Stalin and his crowd weren't big fans of Dostoyevsky either, lol.
