- This probably says too much about who I am as a person, but the opening of "High Tension", where we think Phillipe Nahon's character is getting a blow job, only to have him finish up and drop a severed head out the window of his van. Truly disturbing, but my favorite scene for the way that it drew me completely into the movie before five minutes were up.
