It's soo sad to see the potential of a great gift ruined by personal pit-falls. They didn't have to have superpowers for this to be a great movie they could just have been themselves. Demand Universal healthcare or Andrew will find you.
The robot action in the film was soo well put together that it was hard to tell the difference between the actual parts of the film and CGI. The script puts the same effect on the characters of the film pitting their lack of appropriate emotional responses against a brillaint plot.
The storyline is highly plausable as much in sense for a series of events to go absolutely wrong that it could cause the very end of all mankind. But the apes haven't escaped to the woods just yet given the inability for apes to be captured planning their attacks while they are under 24hr video supervision. The characters of this film saved the storyline, and I cannot wait to see what happens next. I highly recommend this movie, and I cross my fingers in hopes that the future will have a sequel for Caesar.
It was a war thrill ride. I didn't go for a well thought out, well planned story plot, but instead I went to see things get shot and blown the hell up. I left the theatre soo well satisfied that I should have paid more money.
Megamind knows how to dress up good old fashion comical fun. The film is not impressive, but it knows how to get a laugh out of you. Definiately worth watching once in 3D.
The story was meant to be hilarious, and it was. It was hilarious in every clever conceivable way that any film could be funny. It is not the best movie out there but if you want to laugh your butt off then watch this movie. And, of course you can do a desk pump to get some laughs off lol.
No idea what the top critics have against thrillers, but this story has a twist that makes you dizzy to the very end. Jolie is boss in her part that is played so well even though the character is a little weak. The plot delivers on a mystery thriller to a tee. Dam good movie.
