I do not know what to say about The Heretic. First off I have no idea how Heresy is even involved in the movie. I am a fan of other works by John Boorman such as "Deliverance" so one would think that a sequel to a brilliant horror film directed by him and starring Louise Fletcher, Richard Burton, and James Earl Jones would actually be one of the better sequels of the bunch. That can hardly be said because this flick is a mess. The actors give fairly half ass performances and the screenplay is horrendous. I still to this day have no idea what the movie is even about. Not much can be said about the movie other than it is very poorly written, poorly acted, poorly executed, and Linda Blair is INCREDIBLY HOTT(that is the only reason this did not get 0% from me!).
