This movie is one of the drier, funnier comedies to come along in a while. Shot with handhelds to lend it a pseudo-documentary style, "Foot" is a modern classic. Buoyed by strong performances from Danny McBride and Mary Jane Bostic, "Foot" does so much with so little. The dialogue at times goes a bit overboard, as do some of the performances. But, it's a movie with an odd, sensitive soul buried under layers of laugh out loud moments, strange characters, and black belts. There?s much more right than wrong with this instant classic.
