The brutal honesty of this film's characters is a little disarming. The awkward ramblings of Paul Rudd and Jason Segel are sincere but one cant help but feel as uncomfterable watching them fumble through dialog as they seem delivering it. That being said though, the characters do grow on you after a while and turn out to be pretty likable. I'm just not sure about the ending.. This bizarre fascination that Hollywood seems to have with these massive public displays of reconsiliation and affection in the end of these types of films never fails to amaze me.
