so so epic battle movie. Pitt was good as the rage beset Achilles as was the actor who portrayed hector. definitely rental material.

insipid and rather droll re-telling of gi romances just prior to dec. 7th.
very good performance by sinatra; same-old-same-old stero-typical Lancaster and clift.
overall i found it bland and overdone.
it has a stilted, to kill a mockingbird feel about it.
