Who Framed Roger Rabbit was one of the best Live Action/Animated hybrid films ever released. It had wit, charm and it was beyond entertaining. Cool World attempts to match this, but replaces charm with a dark and moody atmosphere. The problem with Cool World is that it is boring, too flashy and has some very low grade acting. Cool World doesn't know what it is trying to be, and in no way demonstrates any form of tolerable entertainment. Cool World is anything but Cool.
