2010 might not have been what we'd expected, but it was much better than the disapointments of 2009. But even if 2010 would bottom line been.. oh I don't know.... kind of boring, there were bunch of films that deserve to be recognized. There's those that defined are generation, those that found their way to orginality, and those that made us cry over a bunch of toys (but that makes sense). So in further ado, here my top 20 best films of 2010. Wish I would have see them all, maybe I will, buts it's the end of the year so I want to really put this up (and I'm tired too). 20.DayBreakers- It was not just whole new story that we needed, but something fun (and bloody) to start the year off. Besides, it brought back the vampires we knew and love and not those sparkly ones (which were fairies) 19.Easy A- Even if it's a chick flick, it was old fun, teen comedy that we needed in the world. Something to tribute back to the Hughes days and it was also a rising point for that gorgeous Emma Stone. 18.The Crazies- Instead of it being about some annoying characters and some dumb plot that we wouldn't care about, it become the complete opposite. Probably the best horror remake out there 17.Get Him To The Greek- Fun, silly, and filled with awesome songs. All I can say is that Greek is the best comedy of the summer. 16.Tangled- With some beloved character to admire and an odd style thats reminds of what Disney use to be like, Tangled could be an new Disney classic 15.Despicable Me- I was expecting it to be bucked full of hilarious gags and jokes, what I got was a villian becoming a father to three girls that hit me right here (points to the heart) 14.Tron Legacy- Hell it may not be a dream come true for everybody, but there's four things I fell in love with 1: The beautiful world of Tron 2: The score of course 3: 3D for ounce and 4: Olivia Wilde OF COURSE. 13.How To Trian Your Dragon- Instead of it being silly and trying funny with bunch of popl-culture jokes wanna-bes, it was Dreamworks 2nd Pixar'st film (first is Kung Fu Panda). 12.The Social Network- Directed by Davind Fincher I knew there was no problem seeing this. But I didn't expect it to show us who we are today (and that's big). 11.The Town- A film where not just me, but all of us can respect Ben Afflect more (come on, be honest). His crime film in Boston has me intriged to know what he brings us next. 10.Machete- Some dumb, so shezzy, so pintless that it's good. I had a great time with Machete! 9.Scott Pilgrim vs. The World- It was not just the most funniest movie of the year (thanks Edgar Wirght for the laughs), but the most unique where the wreal world is combined with videogame and comic book galore (thanks Edgar Wright, for the experience). 8.Kick-Ass- Is it true for there to be such thing a "perfect" movie? Yes and that KICK-ASS. It's got laughs, romance, drama, action. Heck, it's even got Mclov'n (as a superhero) 7.Shutter Island- Most of the time I based a movie by it's ending and Martin Scorsese's latest film has one of the mind blowing ones I'd seen in a while. 6.Toy Story 3- It's Pixar, what are you going to expect. But after seeing the third film of the trilogy, I relaized why it took about ten years for them to make another Toy Story. And yes, I cired. 5.True Grit- The Cohen Brothers has yet to make a bad film and they stike again. A western that can be called "the best western since the Unforgiven." 4.Let Me In- Filled with enoguh chemical formula and passion by the relationship between the two, young leads, it's best to say that this is what Twilight should be. 3.Inception- Something new, fresh, and bizzare. Christopher Nolan brought something so.. so.. It's acutally hard to put in words. But we all know how great it is. 2.The Fighter- Boxing movies all ways do great and of cours, it's not all about boxing 1.Black Swan- A movie that probably driven me mad by the outstanding performance by Natalie Portman. Black Swan was my anticipated movie of the whole year and it's my favorite movie of the whole year.
