The movie that changed my life.
When I saw the trailers, you know what I saw. Myself. It was as if I was looking at a mirror. I was just like Carl from the beginning. I made up excuses and I just wanted to stay home. And even if Jim Carrey didn't exactly give out a good performance, he did give life to his character. And for his character, I learned my lesson in life, do the things that you want to do. Jim Carrey plays Carl. An ordinary, boring man that refuses to go have fun, refuses to make new friends and learn new things, and just wants to stay home and do........ nothing. But with the help of a old friend, he learns at the end that he should be open minded and just get out, but not because he has to. But because he wants to. And you never know what may happen when you go out and let go of your fears. You may learn something new (like playing the guitar or learn a new language) or make someone you never expect to meet (like the girl in your life). But if don't want to go; either if it's worrying about what people think of you or if it's things that have worried your life or others, it's never to late to make up for it. Everyday is a chance to live your life a good way instead of living with all the lies in your life. And your not alone, friends, family, everybody is there to help. And if the movie may not show to you, it did to me. Especially with the "jumper" song. And every time I watch this movie, I always get inspired get out and just go do something that I want to do. And so, I learned the most important lesson in life, say yes to life.
