In general, I do not like this kind of movie. I also do not like movies where actors I enjoy play the bad guys.

But I enjoyed watching SRK play both the villain, and the rustic hero. I found myself willing to suspend disbelief and let the action roll over me like a James Bond thriller. Cars blow up, helicopters do amazing things, people fight in mid-sky dive. Why not?

I have yet to watch more than Youtube clips from the original, but those were enough to convince me that there was a reason for the remake. Looking forward to Don 2.
