The culmination of a coming-of-age masterpiece. Harry has finally grown out of his fears and apprehensions, a motif that has defined and made memorable the entire series. As introduced previously, he takes the weight of responsibility onto his own shoulders; though he is surrounded by support, there is no Dumbledore for him to directly consult. The rite of passage is unmistakable - the Elder Wand shifts allegiance to Harry, completing his unification of the fabled Deathly Hallows, making him the "Master of Death" as foretold in the legend.
Deathly Hallows - Part 2 has more action-packed, epic adventure qualities than any of its predecessors, with true cinematic beauty. As with the other films, this one cannot be fully appreciated or understood out of context. To a casual observer, the exciting movement could make emotionally connecting to the characters difficult, but that's what the previous movies did. It's all business at Hogwarts now, and majestically so.
