Nice story to go along with the review. It's probably not the best cotastrophy movie in existance. But there is enough halarity and good CGI to pull it through. Good review. 0 Replies | Report Abuse |

I agree that this film maybe a bit overhyped. Still, it's a classic. I give more points for the soundtrack that Chaplin wrote. 0 Replies | Report Abuse |

In comedy, the plot is always secondary to the jokes: it's a device that allows the gags to have their place. You approached the film incorrectly for this genre, so I'm not surprised you were disappointed. 0 Replies | Report Abuse no offense, but looking for a good story in a Marx Brothers movie is ridiculous. that's not the point. the point is to keep up with the jokes coming at you every second and laugh and have a good time. I guess some people don't like puns, but there are so many and they're all so clever and funny, just my opinion 0 Replies | Report Abuse Well, all you can say is that it's not for everyone. Still a classic. 0 Replies | Report Abuse |

I have to admit, this is my favorite mafia movie and is actually more entertaining than The Godfather. Liotta is not exactly one of my favorite actors, but he really shines here. He does a pretty good job in Hannibal as well. Good review.
