Based on the element of surprise, this was the scariest movie out of the three to me. I was hiding my face for a good part of the ending, while peering through my fingers to just get a glimpse of what was going on. That's all I needed. The suspense almost killed me, figuratively speaking. Even though many of the scares were actually humorous, they still made me, and everyone else in the theater scream and jump out of our seats. The characters were more likable, and there seemed to be a bit more information about what was going on than the previous films. Although, there is room for another movie to explain even further. A couple of my friends said the movie was terrible, but I enjoyed myself. This might be the only horror series I see in theaters, just because everything else is too gruesome or cheesy for my taste. I love the simplicity and the scares just...really get you.
Oh yeah, the only real criticism I have is that some of what is shown in the trailers is not shown in the movie. I hate it when they do that!
