I've been a fan of the scream movies in general. This one sticks with with all the basic formulas that makes them all fun. Horror + some comedy + keeping the R rating = fun time.

Im a huge horror movie fan, and I love the idea of this type of movie. While it was refreshing on many levels, and I found it mostly enjoyable, its not something that wil stick with me. I will assume the PG13 rating didnt help it go that extra mile, but it on the verge of being a great movie, but I would just call it good.

Very enjoyable wild ride. Great cast, and really interesting premise. One of the best movies I've seen this year yet (and first time I've said that in 2011)

This was a solid movie. great pace to it, and it didnt fall for some of the same cliche of movies that were very similar to it. Fun ride.

Fun little movie with a nice cast. Plenty of humor throughout the film. Movie in many ways is fairly predictable, but it still manages to be funny. great cast, and some really funny moments scattered throughout the film.

I know I will be in the minority, but I really loved this movie. Maybe it was the mood i was in, when I saw it, but I really enjoyed almost everything about this film. While it was a film based in the 80's it didnt really feel like they forced a lot of the 80's humor. It just felt like an 80's movie. (where many movies like this feel like I'm being forced into that time period) There were plenty of scenes that wer laugh out loud funny, and I really found the 2 main characters to be funny in their own way.

Cedar rapids is interesting in thats its a slower paced movie, and had a bit more serious moments then i expected, but I like the cast, and the interaction of the characters was enjoyable. There was nothing I didnt like about the movie, and it was fun enough that I would recommend it to others.

While this movie did amuse me at times, overall it was fairly average. Going into it, I knew the "plot" was going to be very basic, and the ending was very easy to know just by watching the movie. It was just going to see if the sillyness of the movie would sway me. I expected the humor to be a bit more charming, and such. I would recommend this movie as a rental, as there were enough moments that I thought were silly, but it was overall a forgettable movie.

This movie was poorly advertised. This was nothing more then a teen drama, with a little bit of action thrown in. When i went to see it, i had expected more of a action based with with your standard comedy/romance sprinkled in.. Overall the movie was a waste, and while I dont just need a movie to be all action, there was no other redeeming quality about this movie...

When I was younger I never enjoyed westerns. As I get older I really enjoy them more. This movie succeeeds on all fronts. Great characters, great dialogue, and some good storytelling.
I actually dont like a lot of what th Coen brothers do, but this was a very good movie.
