    Silver Linings Playbook- 8/10

Entertaining,Enjoyable, Hilarious, Heart-Pleasing and Brilliantly Acted and Presented by the Talented David O.Russel, Silver Linings Playbook is a different type of dramatic movie with parts of comedy and romance showing the bonding of two mentally unstable people superbly, and its mostly benifits from its Equally Superb Performences from the whole cast and amazing presentation from David O.Russel and he succeeds in making a movie which pleases you throughout the duration of the film.

The Story Based on a novel by Matthew Quick is about A Mentally Unstable Former Teacher Pat Solitano(Bradley Cooper) who moves back to his house to his parents Dolores(Jacki Weaver) and Pat Sr(Robert De Niro) after 8 months of mental facility and tries to get back with his wife but that doesnt happen because of a warrant he has so that he cant go near her, and then he meets Tiffany( Jennifer Lawrence) who is his friend's sister in law and who is also mentally unstable and they become friends and Tiffany assures to help him get back to his wife and they begin having dancing lessons for a dancing tournament which Pat see's as an opportunity to get back to his wife.

The Acting by the whole ensemble cast is equally brilliant from all the actors as their characters. Bradley Cooper is actually quite superb as the mentally unstable, temperamental Pat and he does quite a brilliant job in this tricky character and his acting skills, dialogue delivery are all quite fitting to the character who he plays superbly. Jennifer Lawrence is brilliant as ever as Pat's crazy friend Tiffany and she now shows that she can probably do all kinds of roles as she is perfect in this kind of crazy-ish roles and does her acting and dialogue delivery superbly. Robert De Niro was probably in my opinion one of the best actors of the movie as the Eagles fanatic father of Pat and he is a naturally brilliant actor and he does these type's of roles superbly and he is quite perfect in this along with Jacki Weaver who does an impressive job as well and both De Nero and Weaver have done brilliantly as Pat's parents. Chris Tucker, Anupam Kher and Chris Ortiz put out great short performences and all of the cast has done immensely in this movie to make it great.

David O.Russel is a really talented movie-maker and he shows his immense talent by making a different type of Dramatic Rom-Com in Silver Linings Playbook, and he handled his cast of different type of actors superbly and made each and every one of them act superbly and that goes to his great credits. He also utilized the story and brilliantly written screenplay(which is written by himself) perfectly and he has made a movie which never bores you and always keeps you entertained by its one-liner hilarious dialogues or the hilarious acting by the cast and he has looked into each and every department of the film superbly and created a really lovely movie in the process.

The Story Which is based on the novel written by Matthey Quick, and the screenplay written by O.Russel himself is quite brilliantly adapted and presented to the audience and David has done a great job in writing the great dialogues of the movie which are also delivered superbly by the actors and the story never really makes you bore or never really becomes over-streched and I think thats because the editing is superb and the editing team deserves its applauds.

The Background Music given by Danny Elfman is quite well comprised of many different kinds of musics and are synchronised superbly with the scenes specially the scenes in which Pat and Tiffany are together in the dancing lessons and Elfman has done a convincing job with the background score.

Finally, Silver Linings Playbook is a really entertaining and pleasing movie which can be really enjoyed by any kinds of audience and although i dont know how many awards it'll get, it still deserves the applauds its getting.

This been getting mixed reaction from some of my friends. The only reason I'm interested in seeing is Jennifer Lawrence, she's a wonderful actress. Good review!
