I'm curious. 0 Replies | Report Abuse I don't think that I'll be seeing this, great review though! 1 Replies | Report Abuse Thanks, Rach. Even tho it has a boy and his dog chatting it up, its no Disney pic. lol 0 Replies | Report Abuse Excellent review, wasn't a big fan of this one. Liked the idea though. 1 Replies | Report Abuse It got a majority of its points with me for the idea, too. Plus, adding in the early Johnson role, the clever bickering of the boy and his dog, and then the sucker punch ending. Not bad... 0 Replies | Report Abuse Brilliant review man, not too interested but thankds for bringing to light. 1 Replies | Report Abuse No problem. A friend recommended it and it wasn't bad. Good to hear from you man. 0 Replies | Report Abuse Awesome review as always man! JOIN FACEBOOK 1 Replies | Report Abuse Ha! Thanks, Quinn. 0 Replies | Report Abuse Wow! Sounds bizarre yet somewhat interesting. I don't know if I will see this right away but I do intend to check it out. Twisted endings that polarize audiences are normally interesting! :) Great write-up as usual sir! 1 Replies | Report Abuse Definately a "wtf" ending. This is the sort of film that if it comes your way, I recommend it but not one to search out or spend too much time locating. Thanks, Aditya. 0 Replies | Report Abuse Well this sounds intersting, brilliant review Mr Taylor 1 Replies | Report Abuse Thank you, sir. Its not bad. Shocker ending... 0 Replies | Report Abuse If I'm not mistaken, this flick was based on a Harlan Ellison short story. He was very big in the 70's and his science fiction stories always included an element of social relevance. The movie had a bit of cult status back then as well, but I don't hear too much about it anymore. I thought it was very enjoyable... also Don Johnson's best role ever, don't you think? :) 1 Replies | Report Abuse I believe you're right. As far as Johnson's best role, you're probably right on that too. He never was much of an actor other than Miami Vice. Hell, it will be cool to see him in Tarantino's upcoming Django Unchained. It very well could do for him what Pulp Fiction did for Travolta or The Wrestler did for Rourke, who knows. Thanks for commenting as always. 0 Replies | Report Abuse The low budget film does make this movie not as good as it could have been, but I still liked it. Good review. 0 Replies | Report Abuse Looking at your review, this looks like a unique film. Great review! 0 Replies | Report Abuse Strangely, I'm oddly curious about this and may hav to add it to the queue! Just the movie poster alone seems to suggest this is going to be a weird one! Fine review, as always! 1 Replies | Report Abuse Thanks, Bill. If you're even slightly interested that means that you can handle the kind of film it it. Good luck and hope to hear back from you on it! 0 Replies | Report Abuse ~Well written review MT~~~Ive always wanted to see this film so no time like the present~ 1 Replies | Report Abuse Cool, you'll surely be satisfied. Thanks as always. 0 Replies | Report Abuse I'm not that late on this one so I wont need to apologize lol. This film is very very interesting, so interesting that I'd love to unwrap this enigma of a film. Great review Mr. Taylor. :) 1 Replies | Report Abuse Hmm, not too much of a mystery but I'll take your meaning of enigma lightly. Thanks again. 0 Replies | Report Abuse Nice work Mr.Taylor. That was a good movie I enjoyed long, long time ago. Thumbs up! 1 Replies | Report Abuse Thanks, this is a good guilty pleasure. 1 Replies | Report Abuse Like a fine chocolate... :-) 0 Replies | Report Abuse Haha, I remember this movie... it's so WEIRD, but... somehow, charming. Great review, especially considering how hard it is to review this "unique" picture. 1 Replies | Report Abuse Thanks, Johan. This definately is weird. Glad to see a few people around here have seen it. 0 Replies | Report Abuse |
