A Profound, Mesmerising examination into the darkest depths of the human soul. Apocalypse Now is not a film but an experience. Francis Ford Coppola has painstakingly filmed this ambitious film and his effort was not in vain. Not one detail here is superfluous, not one actor underutilised and after 32 years it has the impact that it did 32 years ago and it will have the same impact 32 years from now.
