Good to see someone agrees with me. This was an exhilarating, refreshing movie when it came out and it still holds up to this day. Sadly I feel Nolan went the wrong direction with the sequels, got too carried away. Holmes may have been vapid but she was the character of Rachel Dawes and it was lazy and inconsistent of Nolan to replace her. +1
