My favourite of the trilogy - the first set the scene, and the third got a bit weird, but the second works as a great little thriller.

Awesomely brilliant. The Rock & Vin Diesel = bliss.

Simple, lightweight fun thriller. JGL is great as usual. Michael Shannon is a bit cartoonish as the villain but does enough.

Brilliantly simple concept with such a depth to it. Pacino and De Niro are at their peaks, and seeing the two sides of the story play out is great. Consistently good thriller.

A much tighter, meatier follow up that still manages to waste time on characters you don't care about. But some great set pieces and bad guy make up for it

A fun start to the series, that doesn't fall into the usual pit of creating an origin-only story will little room for anything else, but does struggle to properly explain a lot of the characters.

Some awesome set pieces, a good number of surprises, but it doesn't quite hit the high notes of F5. Also, high 5 for the great surprise at the end :)

I must be alone looking at the RT scores but this was a horrible mess of a movie until the last 20 minutes, when it was interesting. But why bother with the first bit? Very odd.

I liked it, but thought Matt Damon needed to be a bit older before he took the role on (hence why I preferred Supremacy).
EDIT rewatched and enjoyed more than I originally remembered. Stand by my young comment

Enjoyed this more than I did the first time around. I like that it's a comedy and not a spoof - fine but important line.

Solid follow up to the 2009 reboot, though I didn't enjoy it as much as I'd hoped. Character development was somewhat put on pause as the price for more action, and the plot was pretty nuts. Still, very entertaining!

A very moving, interesting drama that certainly is original. The religious aspects of it are quite confused, and to me detract away from what would have been better if it hadn't tried so hard. Still, no argument that this is a solid piece of film making.
