City of God is a first hand account of the widespread crime in the slums of Rio de Janeiro. It is a shocking, disturbing and compelling story told through a journalist, spread over the period of 10 years. With a run-time of over 2 hours, City of God is highly engaging through it's rich story telling and raw performances.
