Other than movies, I love to travel, go out and party, hang with friends, read, and a whole lot of other things...<br/><div sv="start"><center><embed width="355" height="160" style="display:inline;" src="http://embed.snapvine.com/flash/snap.swf" quality="high" name="snap" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" pluginspage="http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer" wmode="transparent" scale="noscale" salign="tl" flashvars="disablePopups=true&forum=embed.snapvine.com/profile/gTZVM13nw944tcOXdhCG3GJQ8avT4oV8/gadget_ms&skinid=60&hv=2"/><br/><a target="_blank" href="http://www.snapvine.com/signup?reason=be&ref=gTZVM13nw944tcOXdhCG3GJQ8avT4oV8"><img border="0" src="http://www.snapvine.com/images/gadget/getone.gif"/></a><a target="_blank" href="http://www.snapvine.com/profile/gTZVM13nw944tcOXdhCG3GJQ8avT4oV8/manage"><img border="0" src="http://www.snapvine.com/images/gadget/signin.gif"/></a></center></div>
With alot of potential the movie is ruined by being too boring, it never catches momentum we are supposed to relish in the lyrical scenes and captured by the beauty but it has the opposing effect on me, the most disappointing however ere the martial arts scenes which are too short and suffers from too much slow motion. And with such great actors itīs too bad they are overshadowed by really flat directing. Instead revisit your Crouching tigerr Hidden Dragon, Hero, or House of Flying Daggers DVDs for some truly spectacular and poetic martial arts. Saw this at the Stockholm Filmfestival.
Wow it really crushed my anticipation for it to be bad, it certainly is better than the first series. This feels more real than comic booky, due down to its grounded performances by a little more lived-in tone, that said, a giant lizard feels less real than a cackling silly costume wearing Willem Dafoe. The casting of this movie was surprisingly unortodox but inspiring, it felt so wrong by first glance but after seeing the movie I couldnīt have been proven any more wrong. The effects were nothing short of amazing either.
